Founded by IFBB Pro and Certified Health & Wellness Coach Ashley Garcia, Vera Wellness is dedicated to assisting high-performing individuals in cutting through the noise, reclaiming their vitality, and living fully in their strength. After years of working with elite athletes, executives, and mission-driven professionals, Ashley recognized a need for something deeper than surface-level wellness trends—a need for real, personalized transformation rooted in science, soul, and service.

Ashley Garcia is more than just a coach—she’s a strategist for personalized transformation and lasting wellness. With over 16 years of experience in health coaching and a strong background in performance coaching for elite athletes, Ashley blends science, mindset, and concierge support to help high-performing individuals reconnect with their strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Her journey began in the fitness world, where she excelled as a professional athlete, personal trainer, and culinary nutritionist. However, she recognized a deeper need for support that extended beyond workouts and meal plans, leading to the creation of Vera Wellness.

Ashley now collaborates with executives, entrepreneurs, and mission-driven leaders who are eager to simplify their routines, align with their purpose, and take ownership of their health—without burning out or compromising their values. Whether through private coaching, wellness travel opportunities, or corporate wellness initiatives, Ashley meets clients where they are and elevates them from there.
