With over 16 years in elite performance coaching, Ashley built her foundation helping athletes and driven professionals produce real physical results. She quickly recognized the deeper issue was not information. It was structure.

Vera Wellness was created to solve that.

Today, Ashley serves executives, founders, and high-capacity professionals who want sustainable energy, strength, and long-term resilience built into how they live and lead.

Her work blends performance science, behavioral strategy, and concierge-level integration so health becomes operational rather than reactive.

She also co-founded The Wellness Edit, a structured corporate wellness system designed to improve measurable performance inside organizations. In parallel, she is developing the Vera app, a curated wellness and travel platform that simplifies healthy decision-making for high performers on the move.

Vera means truth. It is also her grandmother’s name.
